In Deathground, you control your gang as you try and take New York City neighborhood by neighborhood from your enemies. Silly faces (some of them the Freeverse staff), voices, and campy action take the edge off the violence, making this a great game for older kids and adults alike. The play is strategic, where you allocate "guys" to your holdings, trying to guess where the enemy will strike next, and where you'll need the soldiers to do your own hits. Watch your gang take over Manhattan, only to get slaughtered in the Outer Boroughs. Deathground is sure to be a hit with all fans of Goodfellas and the Godfather movies. Enjoy, and don't wind up sleeping with the fishes!
